The climate is very dry, and rain is rare. The coastal area of ​​northeast is still prime with rain and milder weather. But the interior Northeast has grayish appearance, and what draws the most attention is the vegetation. Rarely see the green hinterland. The few trees that support climate and low rainfall are shrubs of twisted branches, few leaves, also the presence of cactus plant that can store water, is visible throughout the northeastern extension of the soil.
